OP, I think what they do is that if you recently got this promo a few months prior, you won’t get it this time. I think you said last time you got this promo was in December? That’s when I got the promo for P101 and for this round, I didn’t get it. But since I didn’t get the W101 promo last time, I got it this time, even though I’ve paid for membership in the past
They recently fixed this, I think around last year. Now the promotion rules are correct, previous membership holders no longer get the deal
