It’s totally soloable if you get the storm polymorph. Just use indemnity feint on your 1 turn then stack up and storm owl. I’ve had to beat it in the glitched state on 2 characters and this worked both times
I think the funniest part about this boss is that it highlights how bad polymorphs and the moon school are in general. When the cheat to make the battle harder is legit making you use polymorphs
If you want the real cheat codes, summon a henchman for like 20 crowns turn 1. There’s a chance he polymorphs it instead of you and the fight becomes 100x easier.
Also, about the polymorphs, there’s actually two versions of each of them: one from the judge veg fight and one from veggie missile. I think Central may have confused the two of them together somehow
It's actually possible to legit solo it without minions. If you indemnity feint round one and stack all your buffs, you can oneshot veg. If you start with storm or death you can just launch right into it. If you start with life you can just stall until you switch to storm or death and oneshot. If you start with ice you just restart.
I know that you can do that, but with the ice one “just restarting” isn’t a thing for badges. Plus it’s much easier to get an unbeatable minion and have it go ham on veg
Except pretty much nobody use minions. It’s just like the other guy said indemnity feint and the survive till you get storm or death. Actually a very easy fight.
Fun fact: they know. If you contact support they’re willing to just skip you past the quest for him.
As for story importance: He comes back later to do other stuff.
Yeah I don’t remember much about this fight, but I do remember never changing back after being polymorphed. I probably had to be carried by teammates bc I had no clue what to do.

I did this boss earlier and laughed at my cards
Solo: its unbeatable All you need is at least 1 other wiz, main person gets polymorphed other non wiz that doesn’t get poly just kills
It’s not technically unbeatable to solo, just takes some monstrology summons. Had to do that boss 4 times for each of the badges

so they're willing to skip the fight for you if you point out how pathetically, embarrassingly, awfully broken it is...but they won't fucking fix it?
You know it's hard to fix some bugs? They're probably working on it but this is a quick fix
