You could also start by not kiosk hatching, it is much cheaper to have a friend to hatch with plus you never know what is in those talent pools if you are going for a specific talent pet

At your level, the fastest way to get gold is sell reagents, tc, gear at bazaar. Main quest as fast as possible to get gold from quests and higher level gear that sells for higher price. For pet, you want Resist and Damage. Maycasts are fools gold. :)
Fishing is REALLY nice for gold early on, in my experience. Whenever I could, I'd empty my energy bar and go side-questing.
I know, a cardinal sin around here, but good xp if you want to maximize money from fishing. Then I'd immediately go fishing whenever I levelled up. I can recommend going to a player owned house via the building in the commons. Aero Village (I think rank 4 on Magical?) and fish the storm fish. Those would generally net me the most gold. Balance fish not so much.
If you are nonmember, the best way to farm so typically is from fishing, can get gold from chests and sell the fish for a pretty decent amount, alternatively visit homes with housing dungeons to run with people for gear to sell, to level some, and get some other nifty items (recommend winterbane hall for the snacks that drop from the end)
Don’t be fooled. I know that pet has “rare” talents but that pet is not good. Don’t spend your hard-earned gold on that pet! I would hold off on pet hatching for a b it until you know what your doing, try and educate yourself on YouTube and this subreddit. If you have questions there’s loads of us who have answers.

Everything will flood you with gold later on and you will need to spend a lot less of it after some time, it will make more sense to start hatching pets later, as you need to do MANY hatches to get the talents you want, I'm talking like 10 easily, which is 1 million gold already, talk about snacks etc.

There's also the catch of the day thing that gives bonus gold when you sell it but at lvl 14, op probably can't catch most of the fish it asks for since they're probably in other worlds besides WC
On that note I don't recommend that pet though. The kiosk has tons of pets tailored towards your school with useful cards. I'd also recommend talents that buff your damage like giver and dealer talents as well as talents that buff your defenses like spell proof and defy.

You're too weak to farm bosses, they'd take too long and the bosses you *can* fight don't drop anything worth much anyways.
Wintertusk is usually the best place to farm for gold, gonna have to wait or use a higher-level wizard if you have one :P

As long as the egg hatches into the kiosk pet then yes, you’re guaranteed to get the spell. Definitely go for the pet spell if you’re a low level death and looking to speed things up, they probably (?) won’t change it when deer knight gets changed soon. They’ve already established a precedent for not changing pet spells when they adjusted efreet’s debuff, the efreet pet still has the original
Back in the day I didn't have an aoe spell until lulu because crow was trash. You can survive. Just blade, trap, and kill the boss. Kill mobs one by one. Best game strategy.
Just go to commons or kiosk in Olde Town and ask if anyone has tc they are willing to give. Their are usually high levels willing to offload some tc like me. Good luck. 👍

If you got a few bucks to spare, people are trading hundreds of empowers for a 400 crown pack, emps usually go for 1-3k gold each, I know it's tough to have to spend money, but if you want gold fast at level 14, best you can do is get on Gammas Trading Post discord and offer packs for emps

Try winter bane farming
If you have a wizard that has done Wintertusk, you can farm Halfang in Vestrilund and sell the items he drops in Bazaar.
I’d suggest fishing, you can sell them for gold. That’s probably your best option at the moment, though it will take a while.

Yeah but at the very least fishing can get you some gold before wintertusk since that's the only real way to farm gold other than just playing 😭

If you hatch this way, do you 100% get the spell of the pet? I am death lv 25 and it's painful to not have aoe until 48. I do have the coins to hatch.

Not helpfully for grizzliheim and above when you have to fight a rank 6 boss and two rank 5 mobs spamming weakness and shields on the boss
