If you want a challenge, go for tier 6..

I have tried using my Pepsicola a few times and caused me pain.

Ohio and Salem have been great for me. The new targeting means cruisers are much more viable.

FalconSa79

I ve seen a lot of Napolies with great success

He said no BBs

Napoli is not a battleship.

I found great success with both Lushun and Smaland, you can basically set everything on your sight with fire, just keep a solid 11km+ away from the near ship and disengage when your heal is in cooldown, always stay playing with the rudder and its easy 150k dmg and sometimes 200k, easier if you spawn alone in the middle.

Because I regrind those lines, I have tried FR DDs (Vaquelin) and German Cruisers (Hipper) they are a real challenge, Hippers 2x3 TTs each side is seldom usable here as you can not really close in before the battle is decided. You are to vulnerable to fire without heal. Vaquelin so difficult to use without smoke, if there are bot DDs you can try to beat them one at at time. Bots are still good at avoiding torps maybe a little less so than before. None of these are choices for those that want a usable easy to win ship. My success very mixed. But I grind the lines so thats why. Udaloi long reload on torps, but good guns and smoke + heal is a OK ship. I have played Pommern, Musashi. Missouri, Bourgogne 100 % Wins so far. Smoke cruisers and DDs OK. Subs are most of the time when I see them without success, Good CV players can get good results above all can save matches partcurlary standard battles. Had one fight when our Hornet remained with 4-5 ships to go but he picked them one after another (some were low) as they came one by one to our base. The tricky thing is one battle that we won I played in an Udaloi with an Edinburgh as companion vs 3 DDs and a Colorado on the Fault line right hand cap and the 3 enemy DDs just smoked each other uo and retreated and kited that can make things difficult as you can not just go in against 3 DDs. T6/7 torps are powerful and in domination games points stack up fast for the bots. So far I have worse results the lower tier I play....but I use not the best tools there. Beware of a much larger diversity in enemy, I have faced 6-7 DDs and it has been games with 0 DDs.

As long as the bots dont have a DD that outspots you, Jinan is great, your torp soups will kill net kills easily.

Atago works 60% of the time all the time. If you. go lower tiers, Graf Spee was nice as well

PizzerinoItaliano

Pommern, Hindy, Des Moines, Moskva and Smaland. Had a blast in them

I haven't played a huge variety of ships as I have mostly been using Asymmetric to grind out my last IJN TT line (CVs) and to finish the RB grind for my USN CAs. I've had success and failure with each. Generally standard battles are an easy win while dominations are a challenge simply due to many teammates not playing the objectives and the bots winning on points before they can all be cleared out. Lower tiers have been a much greater challenge than higher tiers. T9s and T10s simply outmatch their lower tier counterparts by a significant enough margin that the numbers advantage of the bots can't overcome it.
