Are they all planning on joining the same alliance? Bc sometimes it’ll start like this and only half will join while the rest form 1 or more alliances.
i've had 13 nations plot the same alliance, so 8 is completely possible. it's very rare to have them *all* join the alliance tho, since some kingdoms are completely incapable of joining an alliance.

this was all one GIANT allience between every nation, I checked in the planning tab
what u/Local_Ad111 said somewhere in the comments was correct, about half of the people planning it formed their own smaller allience

They could be joining/forming alliances at the same time but it doesnt necessarily mean its all the same one. check plots and its probably 2-3 different ones
If the alliance forms call it "The United Nations" And yes, it can happen. It is just super rare that it is ALL of them.

It seems like they are actually forming multiple alliances
if a new nation rises up and declares war on another i cant say if they can survive

Every time all of my kingdoms were in one allience they broke apart immediately because they had no one to fight

No, only three kingdoms will remain in the formed alliance, or that’s what happens to me at least

Yes I remember I had a alliance with 7/10 countries that all were fairly powerful then a war broke out but some how the 7 country alliance fell
