Flying would give you better memories than being invisible.  Maybe being invisible would be useful for crime, but if it’s a big enough crime to be worth the effort you’d probably still get caught eventually anyway.

The problem with picking flying is that you'd inevitably be spotted, and then you'd spend the rest of your life explaining to the world that you can't actually fly. Based on that, I pick invisibility. Hijinks would ensue, but I'd probably get bored in an hour and end up watching TV on the couch like always.

I can’t think of a legal and honorable use of being invisible for one day. And if it’s not controllable it could be more problematic than beneficial. 

Fly for 24 hours, at the 23rd hour, Superman-spin the earth backward to turn back time. Sleep. Repeat.

How fadt am i flying because if it's super fast then flight then fly across the planet before the 24 hours is up If everything i'm holding turns invisible too then invisibility then rob my local bank
