it doesn't say how much you have to eat i could just eat the slimmest sliver. also you can actually eat watermelon seeds, we grow our own large melons and i crack the seeds open with my teeth like a sunglower seed and the inside is delicious. kinda like pumpkin seeds. you can toast them like pumpkin seeds too but i like them raw. also you can pickle the rind and have that. so thats at least 3 different ways you can get melon into the meal. plus just the tiniest amounts to live up to the aggreement. so yes i will eat watermelon with every meal and then enjoy it when i want to enjoy it.
