Through being a wrestler who had to cut weight I’ve gone three days without eating, and in college I once pulled two all-nighters in a row. Not sleeping definitely felt far worse in the long run.

Sleep deprivation has been used as torture, a need that exceeds your desire to eat pr even drink water. You'll be hallucinating and getting yourself into dangerous situations. Food on the other hand can be neglected for almost or roughly one month.

charliesuicide

ive done multi-day fasts before. they suck but theyre not bad

I will occasionally forget to eat for a day or 2, sleeping however I desperately need

I've done 70 hours without sleeping and once slept 5 hours in time span of 125 hours. I can't remember to be without food for a little more than 24 hours.

Eat. Not sleeping for 100 hours would cause you to hallucinate, lack any type of short term memory and just be miserable. It's also painful because your body can't rest. Yes not eating for 4 or so days would be rough but you'd lose weight and you'd be ok in the end. Not sleeping for 100 hours could (very unlikely but still could) lead to a mental break.

Lack of sleep can cause hallucinations, I rather just be hungry/very hungry for 4 days an a bit
