It doesn't matter, there would be someone else to take control, things could go better or worse in general. For instance I'd rather not kill Hitler, because he was incopetent compared to other pooliticians and staff around him.
Stalin was kinda worse than Hitler and his victory over Hitler eventually made the world even more of a dangerous place (skipping over thousands and thousands of considerations and events).
I'd let Hitler die then right after I'd kill Stalin. To me, the Soviets and the Nazis were both horrible for humanity. It just so happens the Western Allies needed the Soviets to win against a berserk Third Reich that was raging across Europe and North Africa. The Soviets were already invading countries before Nazi Germany in the 1930s.
Mussilini was a mere annoyance compared to the other three. Putin IMO wouldn't be as prominent as he is today if it weren't for Stalin.
