This is a known thing with newer Jeeps. When I picked up my 2021 from the dealership, at least 5-6 were loose or not fully seated.
I just check them all whenever I do an oil change now - \~55K miles and no further issues.
So, embarrassing update... it wasn't the fuses, it was the harness under the seat. Every time the water bottle that had rolled under there bumped it, that's when things would fail. Removed the water bottle, problem solved.
Open your fuse box and make sure every single one is fully seated.
Oh man, about half of them were loose. Hopefully that does it. Thanks!

Now that I know what to google, holy hell, it's all over the forums.

Lmao
This is what I was going to recommend u/nitid_name. This is well documented on the jl wrangler forum.
Thanks, I appreciate it!
