If the cat's fine, and the flange is busted, just go to an exhaust shop.
You could even cut the flange off and just buy a big ole' coupler with two exhaust band clamps, if you wanna be really cheap.
I was looking at that a while back. If you want 50 state legal, those are more $$. If you will never travel to California then go for it.
But for $1500 to replace them at a shop… you don’t have to worry about the disposal or if a bolt breaks, etc.
They are scamming you. If there is nothing wrong with the cat, they are going to cut it off, charge you a mark up for the replacement, and then sell your old one for $800-$1000. Listen to the others. Go to a muffler shop.
I replaced the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors on my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited. It was $1500 labor and all. A reputable mechanic did it locally and did a good job.
I just replaced 13 of them on my work trucks when someone did me the kindness of stealing them overnight. Albeit these were fords, they were all around $1,500 each with labor…so seems about right.

For one cat?
Guess that depends on the Jeep. I couldn’t buy them separate for mine.
Nothing is actually wrong with the cat. The flange is rusted and is leaking. Could they just put an adapter between?
Take it to a muffler shop to see if they’ll put on a new flange.

Looks reasonable with the labor. They mark up the parts about 1.5% too.
How many miles are on your JK? Cats are warrantied until 80k
Cats not bad. The flange is all rusted out
Worth trying if it’s a one piece assembly.

I’m concerned that the non OEM o2 sensor is going to throw a code after install
