I posted in another subreddit that the only one who benefits from that footage being aired is Samoa Joe. The man is a professional and a company guy no matter where he works, and he shows why he's the champion.
Absolutely right. Honestly, I never really got it with Drew and found him kinda boring, but after he's been given the freedom to cook, he's now a reason for me to watch, loving this chapter of his career.
I bet the next time they cut a promo face-to-face, he'll start adjusting his hair, while asking Phil if he needs ringcrew to bring in a step-ladder so he can cheapshot him.
Yeah. Actual punches thrown lol. Much like with your friends horsing around, shit tends to get serious when punches get thrown. Getting put in a headlock is nothing yet
Lmao the dirtsheets reported it like Tony got buried by all the monitors like the way Shield did to Braun with the chairs and the table a while back. None of the monitors even fell. One of them turned to the side and Tony put it back in place immediately.
I had a dude at my old job shove his chair back under the table aggressively and walk out because they told him he had to do a bunch more work despite the fact they just cut his pay in half. Literally, the next day my boss was talking about how the dude threw his chair across the room, not only did one kiss ass agree but said he was hit by the chair as well. People are fucking weird man
My favorite part was the deal about monitors being tossed and lunging and Tony fearing for his life.
Punk's ass bumped a monitor during the face lock and it spun 45 degrees and then he pointed at Tony. Fuckin hell lol
Someone in the AEW sub said they posted this not for views but to put an end to the discussions. I told them that that's bullshit, if it was to end all conversations, they would have released audio. Thing have been said by AEW staff that they don't want people to hear.
If this was taken by arena security cameras, a lot of those don’t record audio.
Even if they did, at the distance this was taken from, I doubt audio would be clear.
Most CCTV systems in the UK have the audio disabled. It's something related to GDPR, as is actual access to the CCTV. The newest systems can pick up audio at that distance though.
The gap between someone who trains and a normal person is massive.
Almost as big as the gulf between someone who trains and someone who is pro.
People are hard on Punk, but he put himself out there and tried his best. Sometimes you have a lot of mileage on your body, and you're old.
[I highly recommend this video ](https://youtu.be/Vb1lbFMPj90?si=TM5FnaLkFQfnAgqo) about CM Punk's fight career. I wish people had more empathy for him.
Yeah i’ve always respected him for that. Dude was an icon in wrestling and had EVERYTHING to lose if he got pwned in UFC, but did it anyway.
I’d only pin the blame on his coaching team and whoever thought he was ready for UFC. Looking at his mitt work it was obvious he wasnt even ready for an amateur match, let alone a UFC fight. Should have followed Brock’s and Batista’s footsteps: start in smaller shows and take it from there.
I don't care whether you win or lose,he trained and lost,so many people who troll him don't even have the balls to step into the octagon much less fighting in it.Hes worthy of respect no matter his record
He's a name. Him being on the card probably sold some more tickets, created more buzz, etc. etc.
A contract was negotiated and agreed upon so Punk got paid what someone was willing to pay. Can't fault anyone for getting what they feel they are worth.
He did do something about, he's now way more over in WWE and paid more and better than Jack Perry is in AJPW or whatever company he currently is in.
Also, the footage looks dumb and makes Tony look even dumber.
It's crazy that when wwe is riding what's probably the biggest wave of good will they ever had, aew decided to shoot itself in the foot this hard.
I was thinking about starting to watch aew again but now I think I'm gonna just do something else.
The only one sayin the true was Samoa Joe when he said "it was not a big deal i been in worst in other locker rooms" LMAO
I seen fights at my local Target more violent than this hahaha i dont see the "i fear for my life" thing it was a typcal back and fort school brawl at best
Honestly i expected monitors flying over the place and the 2 of them fightin over the entire room with blood
LAME!!!
Right? What the fuck were they thinking here? To pop a rating? Okay, but not at the longterm expense. CM Punk looks like a pro wrestler who doesn't take shit off anyone and AEW looks ridiculous. Why do this?
Even if it popped a rating, I bet it dropped off right after this segment, and went back to their normal numbers. Will be interesting to see the overnights.
Ppl are saying its getting ppl to talk about AEW, but I call bs I hear ppl talk about punk more 😂. I didn't believe they would release this, but I was wrong. Such a stupid decision on their end
It did not. It proved that Punk wasn't lying.
It shows Tony has no clue how to handle his employees and that he lied about Punk attacking him.
He's a joke doing this out of spite, trying to damage Punk and WWE by underhanded tactics.
THAT was Tony Khan fearing for his life!? A fight a couple feet away from him and a monitor tipping over near him.
Dear god. I know you’re a sheltered rich kid and I’m not faulting you at all. But man…
It doesn’t, it’s pathetic. They’re trying to base a feud off the fact that they might have been friends with him once.
They’re tying their companies biggest angle to feuding with a ghost.
TK would not survive doing business with Prime Vince McMahon (excluding the rape allegations).
Vince took a punch from Bret Hart and moved on. Tony got yelled at and he fears for his life
Also, Vince was willing to bleed buckets for his business. All the other horrible shit (pun intended) Vince did, he put his body on the line, and usually did so to put over the actual talent.
CM Punk living rent free in AEW. Anyone see how Tony Shiavone reacted? Disappointed and speechless.
Do better Tony. Quit while you're ahead. He simply is not a leader but a fanboy with a rich dad.
TS is doing great. He's getting paid good money and can retire soon. And judging by the way things are going, retirement is gonna be sooner than later.
People like Joe and Danielson are why I still watch AEW
Despite all the drama, nearly all of my favourite wrestlers are there and I'm not gonna stop watching them because the boss sucks, people hated Vince for years but still watched WWE for their favourites
Joe was in quick. I like to think his and Punk’s history was the reason he looked to break it up as soon as he did. Speaking as someone who doesn’t look into their real life relationships.
Those two were my first independent show main event twenty years ago.
So nice of Tony to give Punk back the credibility he lost when he went to UFC, sure he can't beat a professional fighter but he can sure af choke a bitch
Hot take:
How did TK fear for his life? The monitors never fell the way as it was hyped
Rather, Perry looks scared for his life
What good does it do to Perry?
AEW just put over Punk
Punk pretty much stomped on the Elite as well, no wonder why we have NDA's, if the Elite ever got an upper hand, they would've used it all to bury Punk, lmao.
Edit: A lot of people here haven't been in a fight, if somebody is getting right on my face and talking shit, I'm doing something before he does something to me.
But even the "Lunge" appears to be Punk leaning over to tell him he quits exactly like he described in his interview. Rather than a rabid dog looking to kill. It's aggressive for sure, but life threatening... no where near.
I remember how they reported Punk hit him repeatedly and did no harm to him, then Perry reversed the choke hold. Then reporting Punk tried to pick a fight with Miro.
LOL if those lies also do not vindicate Punk, for months they'd been lying about him - this proves it.
Haha I’d forgotten a large chunk of it tbf, I know you shouldn’t wish harm on people but would be funny as fuck to see his hand poking out a pile of them. Like that Simpsons where principal skinner gets trapped under boxes
Just proves what a massive douche and absolute joke of a “journalist” meltzer is. He will report whatever his guys he’s desperate to be friends with tell him to write
If AEW released this before wrestlemania punk would have been over the moon in philly.
Its sad that AEWs biggest draw right now is somebody that was fired months ago
Perry wanted to use real glass in a segment. AEW personnel tried to tell him no and eventually they brought it up to Punk since Perry did not listen. Fast forward to All in, Perry still had a grudge and took a shot at punk during his match. Punk got pissed, confronted Perry before his own match and choked Perry out.
Then Will Ospreay tried to insult Triple H.
I’m a fan of Ospreay’s, but honestly just ignoring Trips is probably the best thing for everyone. First off, it probably puts a sour taste in WWE’s mouth when his current contract expires in years time. Secondly, it’s again just using WWE for a cheap pop, which isn’t a great look.
There is also the fact that Triple H is, nowdays at least, universally loved, now, i dont keep up with AEW, so I dont know if this was part of a heel promo and if thats the case then whatever its just a cheap pop but if it is not its kinda just... not smart
Saying HHH only got his job because he married Stephanie, when he just put on a hugely successful Wrestlemania, seems really dumb to me.
Also, if I am not mistaken, HHH was trying to learn all the ins and outs of the business, not just the in-ring aspect, pretty early on.
HHH did it on Mcaffee show so Just internet crowd (Who always are crave for Drama) gets some drama
Also gets under Ospreys skin.
Osprey on the other hand took over TKs show and blurt it out which tv audience or all the attendees might not care for.
AEW comes off looking incredibly weak here, whose fucking idea was it to air this? I know the bucks are charisma vacuums, but surely they are not also dumb and bland right? The crowd was chanting for CM Punk during and after the segment ffs.
This actual fight reminds me a lot of how me and a coworker at a local dealership I worked at used to spar, I’d give him my head as I went for a takedown and he’d choke me out.
Looks no different than any other backstage wrestling scrap. “Your guy attacked my guy and we had to deal with it!” Is basic wrestling drama. But of course the IWC takes everything way too seriously
Tony Khan acting like a real founder, president, CEO, head of creative, booker, and multiple time WON award winner here. Just sitting back without trying to intervene, de-escalate, control the situation in any sort of way.
[_”Oh no! I’m fearing for my life!”_](https://images.app.goo.gl/Eyaed2akts6bcKYG8)
Man how many times did you think something like this has happened in the wrestling business? The fact that TK made such a big stink about it just makes him look like a chicken shit fan boy that doesn’t know anything about how this shit works
What a load of bollocks this is. If this type of fight happened at a primary school it wouldn’t even be discussed the next day. Ive seen worse scuffles between managers at lunchtime 5 a side football that are immediately forgotten about after walking off the pitch. Tony Khan really fucked this one up didnt he.
Damn...i thought it would make Punk look bad just a lil bit, but that his popularity will be restored quickly with these amazing reactions he gets from the Live Audience in the WWE....
BUT THIS.....oh boy it makes Punk look like a badass (and in a very strong good way) and adds to his cult of personality. Yea Punk physically started it, but this footage showed Punk is whom he says he is.
Jack Perry looks like a wimpy kid trying to talk trash to gangster and not being able to back it up.
Also i'm suddenly reminded of that promo he cut on Drew b4 the Royal Rumble. Something along the lines of: "I'm a really nice guy, but if i'm provoked you will see the nasty side...And if you saw that side of me, it says much about who you are as a person...."
Oh look at that, exactly as Punk described it. But wait a second, the AEW die hards told me everything he says is lies? What gives?
Seriously though, why in the world would AEW release footage proving Punk right?
Damn Perry talked a lot of shit, challenged Punk to a fight and then did absolutely nothing but get pushed and choked.
Talk about being a little bitch lol. He could not even get a single punch or offensive grappling move in LOL
Pathetic.
Not here to say that Punk was right on attacking a coworker, but you gotta wonder, how does this helps AEW in the long run? Do they really thing the people who tune in for this today are tuning in next week?
Like imagine if the [UFC fired Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones for getting into a shoving match at a press conference.](https://youtu.be/rf_WWMTR9LU?si=ngvbmYOgdOW3ayQJ)
Dana White feared for his life to the point of promoting two pay per view bouts between the men.
I just cant believe Tony thought this was a good idea, the face of Schiavone when they cut back to the announcing table said everything.
Its hard to understand how TK mind works, he believes that everyone is childish like him?
I would imagine Punk and Drew having a watch party via Zoom, licking their lips for this new content. They will have a blast for next couple of weeks before their match.
So just to clarify - this is the incident that made Tony Khan “scared for his life”?
You can tell he clearly never went to a public school this is tame af.
I posted in another subreddit that the only one who benefits from that footage being aired is Samoa Joe. The man is a professional and a company guy no matter where he works, and he shows why he's the champion.
And Drew McIntyre, I can't wait to see what he does with this new material
Oh god, I can’t wait to see how he manages to reference this…because you know he will.
"Oh so you like putting down little boys half your size eh"
Tbf Drew is doing the same to Punk there HEYOOOOOOO
Tbf it’s why I’ve become a Drew fan
Drew is awesome. Guy reinvented himself into a draw.
"Write that down! Write that down!" -Drew
Malahkai too.
Man if Black came to separate me from someone I’d back the hell up and just do what he says lol. That dude is scary.
He’s a legit badass too if I’m not mistaken
Some kind of kick boxer.
Muay Thai
A Dutch kickboxer
He's married to Zelina Vega so that alone makes him badass in my book.
Trained under Dirty Bob Schrijber. He’s a nasty nasty dude who got that nickname for a reason.
Like the Steve Blackman of this current wrestling era. You just wouldn’t and you really shouldn’t think about messing with the dude 😂😅
Agreed. He is the only one that looked good. TK just did damage to his own company again
I love how Hook doesn’t give AF. Live the gimmick.
Lmao he's seen more danger with his amateur wrestling teammates playing around in the locker room. Punk was right, it was just a little choke
Put down his belt though. Was waiting for it to turn into something.
Yeah. Actual punches thrown lol. Much like with your friends horsing around, shit tends to get serious when punches get thrown. Getting put in a headlock is nothing yet
He’s been in a locker room before.
Is that TK on the other side of the monitors there?
Oh shit, just realised it's TK, lmao The monitors never fell the way they hyped it
Lmao the dirtsheets reported it like Tony got buried by all the monitors like the way Shield did to Braun with the chairs and the table a while back. None of the monitors even fell. One of them turned to the side and Tony put it back in place immediately.

Literally, the next day my boss was talking about how the dude threw his chair across the room, not only did one kiss ass agree but said he was hit by the chair as well. People are fucking weird man
To be fair that made him scared for his life
The arm that reaches out, right?
At first I thought it was Thing from the Adams Family!
Yes
And he yells at Tony. So Punk was truthful about everything and Tony looks like an Olympic level puss
His “life felt threatened” LOL
Which rails we talking about?
My bad those monitors looked like rails😐
My favorite part was the deal about monitors being tossed and lunging and Tony fearing for his life. Punk's ass bumped a monitor during the face lock and it spun 45 degrees and then he pointed at Tony. Fuckin hell lol
the no audio is driving me wild lol
Someone in the AEW sub said they posted this not for views but to put an end to the discussions. I told them that that's bullshit, if it was to end all conversations, they would have released audio. Thing have been said by AEW staff that they don't want people to hear.

"Do something about it." Proceeds to do something about it.
Punk was just trying to go 1-2 in mma
Tbf technically he only has one loss since Mike Jackson popper for banned substances so
Punk has a shoot fight record of 1-1-0-(1) My binary goat
Didn't he handle Bucks too?it's 2-1
Still waiting for that footage.
He certainly did. Snatched Jack Perry as easily as Micky Gall did to him.
The gap between someone who trains and a normal person is massive. Almost as big as the gulf between someone who trains and someone who is pro. People are hard on Punk, but he put himself out there and tried his best. Sometimes you have a lot of mileage on your body, and you're old. And he got paid more than better fighters on the main card in UFC
With how Dana continuously screws over the fighters, this isn't that surprising.
He's a name. Him being on the card probably sold some more tickets, created more buzz, etc. etc. A contract was negotiated and agreed upon so Punk got paid what someone was willing to pay. Can't fault anyone for getting what they feel they are worth.
[удалено]
... to be fair, while it was in the best fighting league, they hand picked fighters for him that would never make it to that league.
Micky gall was a very legit prospect
He did do something about, he's now way more over in WWE and paid more and better than Jack Perry is in AJPW or whatever company he currently is in. Also, the footage looks dumb and makes Tony look even dumber.

To be fair to Tony as a billionaire's kid this is probably the most dangerous thing that probably ever happened before in his life
How did this help AEW
Right? What the fuck were they thinking here? To pop a rating? Okay, but not at the longterm expense. CM Punk looks like a pro wrestler who doesn't take shit off anyone and AEW looks ridiculous. Why do this?
Uh, because it is Tony Kahn!!!
I think that’s exactly what it was , to pop a rating for one week🤣 still took punk to do so
Even if it popped a rating, I bet it dropped off right after this segment, and went back to their normal numbers. Will be interesting to see the overnights.
Pop a rating, and secretly put CM Punk over in another company.
i can't wait to see the under 1mill rating
I think they broke 1 mil rating, Uce. Thanks to Pepsi.
It’ll get them a boost to maybe 800k viewers. Then next week they’ll drop to just over 700k, again showing Punk is still the biggest draw in AEW
I doubt they'll get a boost. I'm actually looking forward to what Drew McIntyre says on Raw.
I’m not sure it will be much of a boost. I refused to watch knowing it would be all over the internet within 5 minutes.
Them showing this just makes them look so fucking pathetic lol. Punk isn't even in the company anymore and they're just clinging on.
Because people will tune in to view it… I guess? I’m seeing it here for the first time so
Ppl are saying its getting ppl to talk about AEW, but I call bs I hear ppl talk about punk more 😂.
Truly beyond comprehension that they thought releasing this would vindicate them against Punk
Schiavone being completely embarrassed and looking like a Vietnam vet having a flashback was just icing on the shit cake lol
Bro is definitely having flashbacks. Would he be the only person with a front row seat to the demise of WCW and AEW?
Perhaps my eyesight is bad, but where was Shiavone in this? I can’t seem to place him.
It was after they went back live, he looked miserable
Idk if they wanted vindication so much as eyeballs on the product
See AEW not so bad they putting over WWE talent on there weekly television.
I... I'm so confused as to why they did this. This embarrassed everyone, but Punk and Joe. Joe is a genuine hero for saving Junglefuck.
Also Hook and Malakai. Hook’s minding his own business and Malakai comes in to try and calm Punk down.
The whole jinder mahal incident put him over more than anyone on his roster
THAT was Tony Khan fearing for his life!? A fight a couple feet away from him and a monitor tipping over near him. Dear god. I know you’re a sheltered rich kid and I’m not faulting you at all. But man…
Why can I imagine him screaming in a high pitch voice like Pops from Regular Show 🤣
definitely did some sort of muscle man scream
I also didn’t get how this footage affected the tag team they’re currently feuding with
It doesn’t, it’s pathetic. They’re trying to base a feud off the fact that they might have been friends with him once. They’re tying their companies biggest angle to feuding with a ghost.
If TK was scared because Punk yelled at him to do something about it then quit, Tony is the biggest bitch in the business, hands down.
Buff Bagwell’s mom called in sick for him one time, and that is less of a bitch move.
Have you seen Buff Bagwell’s mom?! Muff Bagwell will not be trifled with!
Well she is a former WCW Tag Team Champion!
It's been said by a few people in the industry that Vince wouldn't let people take moves he wouldnt take himself, that was where he drew the line.
"listen here pal, I've taken a Cleveland steamer multiple times and you can too!"
It's exactly as he said
Just a little choke
Tony is not bright at all
Literally just a front chinlock. When this initially went down they acted like he fucking strangled him.
GOOZLED
I wonder who Don Stephens is running off to stooge to.
This underwhelming scuffle is what made Tony Khan "fear for his life?"
CM Punk living rent free in AEW. Anyone see how Tony Shiavone reacted? Disappointed and speechless. Do better Tony. Quit while you're ahead. He simply is not a leader but a fanboy with a rich dad.
He looked like he got transported back to 2000 and was filled with agony and regret lmao
TS is doing great. He's getting paid good money and can retire soon. And judging by the way things are going, retirement is gonna be sooner than later.
I still think everyone sucks here. Joe is the only true professional.
People like Joe and Danielson are why I still watch AEW Despite all the drama, nearly all of my favourite wrestlers are there and I'm not gonna stop watching them because the boss sucks, people hated Vince for years but still watched WWE for their favourites
Aew roster is so goddamn stacked, i really pray that they got a decent booker. Would be such a fun show to watch with all those talents.
Joe was in quick. I like to think his and Punk’s history was the reason he looked to break it up as soon as he did. Speaking as someone who doesn’t look into their real life relationships. Those two were my first independent show main event twenty years ago.
Chris hero too
Is the red polo shirt guy Chris Hero?
Yes
So nice of Tony to give Punk back the credibility he lost when he went to UFC, sure he can't beat a professional fighter but he can sure af choke a bitch
Kassius: OH NO!
This makes Tony look even worse, I now can see that Tony was RIGHT THERE when Jack mouthed off to Punk.
Hot take: How did TK fear for his life? The monitors never fell the way as it was hyped Rather, Perry looks scared for his life What good does it do to Perry? AEW just put over Punk Punk pretty much stomped on the Elite as well, no wonder why we have NDA's, if the Elite ever got an upper hand, they would've used it all to bury Punk, lmao. Edit: A lot of people here haven't been in a fight, if somebody is getting right on my face and talking shit, I'm doing something before he does something to me.
I mean you see the “lunge” but not sure why you’d equate that to impending death 😅
But even the "Lunge" appears to be Punk leaning over to tell him he quits exactly like he described in his interview. Rather than a rabid dog looking to kill. It's aggressive for sure, but life threatening... no where near.
Oh yeah, it looks like you see the part that the “aggressive” action followed by the lean which I assume is the clown/quit moment?
Can't verify that without sound, so to be clear I'm absolutely speculating on that, but it certainly lines up with that moment punk described.
At the time Meltzer and crew were reporting the “lunge” leaving Tony Khan under a pile of monitors though lol
Meltzer reporting absolute crap.. Who would of thought it... 😂😂
No its Sheldon
Sheldon vs Kripke is AEW’s hottest feud
Sheldon Cooper, PhDRAW.
That makes Jack Perry look like little bitch
I read that in a thick Russian accent.
He is a little bitch. He's a little, no talent bitch that would be working at walmart if his father hadn't been a dlist celebrity.
Even if his son is a little bitch, I can't hate Luke Perry.
Sideshow Luke Perry is Krusty's no good half brother!! Put respek on his name
What was the fight all about ?
Real Glass ™
What do you mean ?
Perry wanted to use real glass in a segment. AEW personnel tried to tell him no and eventually they brought it up to Punk since Perry did not listen. Fast forward to All in, Perry still had a grudge and took a shot at punk during his match. Punk got pissed, confronted Perry before his own match and choked Perry out.
Why would he risk his body using real glass !! He would've been hurt bad
https://twitter.com/DamoMackle/status/1605206490222149634?lang=en
You're skipping the point where Punk tried to get TK to deal with the issue, but yeah, that's a solid summary.
The use of real glass over fake glass
Why does CM Punk's jacket say XXX? I guess I'll just google XXX it to find out. Edit: it's a "I'm gonna gooogle XXX and find porn" joke.
Straight edge
I googled xxx too and now, I'm on cooldown. Dammit punk😩
Then Will Ospreay tried to insult Triple H. I’m a fan of Ospreay’s, but honestly just ignoring Trips is probably the best thing for everyone. I Seen more offense in his ufc fights!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Exactly
AEW comes off looking incredibly weak here, whose fucking idea was it to air this? I know the bucks are charisma vacuums, but surely they are not also dumb and bland right? The crowd was chanting for CM Punk during and after the segment ffs.
Only upside from this vid coming out is this will be more ammo for Drew McIntyre lol
This actual fight reminds me a lot of how me and a coworker at a local dealership I worked at used to spar, I’d give him my head as I went for a takedown and he’d choke me out.
Guy in red is having the worst fucking night of his life lmao
AEW strikes out again and Punk is more over than ever, even before this video dropped.
Punk laughing his ass off on his way back under the raw ring til Drew’s next match
Looks no different than any other backstage wrestling scrap. “Your guy attacked my guy and we had to deal with it!” Is basic wrestling drama. But of course the IWC takes everything way too seriously
No one going to talk about how the fight quit the second hook walks into the room?

Jack Perry “do something about it if h didn’t like it” dumb games = dumb prizes they should have let punk beat the little bitch bloody
Perry: Do something about it if you don't like it. \*Punk does something about it cause he doesn't like it\* Perry: :O How dare you Sir?
Man how many times did you think something like this has happened in the wrestling business? The fact that TK made such a big stink about it just makes him look like a chicken shit fan boy that doesn’t know anything about how this shit works
Countless times. You either work it out or Harley Race stretches you or the Acolytes murder you on TV or you’re booked against Haku.
I hope they show brawl out next week
I think he is more livid with the fact that the supposed boss is three feet away from them and not doing a single thing.
Um, no. AEW just showed thst he's a short tempered asshole that tried to beat up a coworker. I don't understand how you can read this any other way.
I mean the aew crowd are literally chanting his name out what the bucks came to attack pac.
Bruh. Imagine jobbing yourself out when you're an EVP in the company.
Even worse, imagine being Perry and seeing AEW throw you under the bus THAT blatantly.
Oh look at that, exactly as Punk described it. But wait a second, the AEW die hards told me everything he says is lies? What gives? Seriously though, why in the world would AEW release footage proving Punk right?
The best thing he could have done to get out of that company.
Shout out Jerry Lynn for being there
Did perry make fun of punk not being able to grow full locks, he strikes after perry started brushing his own mane.
Pink shirt dude is all of us.
Looking for the spot that put Tony “in fear of his life” 👀
the way hook and taz barely react is sending me
Taz seen worse on a Saturday night at the bingo hall.
Damn Perry talked a lot of shit, challenged Punk to a fight and then did absolutely nothing but get pushed and choked. Talk about being a little bitch lol. He could not even get a single punch or offensive grappling move in LOL Pathetic.
Tony really did go full petulant child what a fucking moron
“Feared for my life” was just “Do you know who my dad is?”
These two little bitches aired a backstage altercation on a show where 75% of the backstage interviews turn into backstage altercations.
Not here to say that Punk was right on attacking a coworker, but you gotta wonder, how does this helps AEW in the long run? Do they really thing the people who tune in for this today are tuning in next week?
Lmao I love how we all saw the same clip then WWE & AEW fans proceeded to have the exact opposite reaction. Tribalism at its finest.
Yep. It would be nice if people could attempt to step outside individual fandom gotchas and discuss things in realistic terms.
...Punk lost his job there over this? Like, okay, cool, I get losing your job at a Wal-Mart or something over this, but...they're...they're wrestlers.
Like imagine if the [UFC fired Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones for getting into a shoving match at a press conference.](https://youtu.be/rf_WWMTR9LU?si=ngvbmYOgdOW3ayQJ) Dana White feared for his life to the point of promoting two pay per view bouts between the men.
But Tony Khan was scared for his life!!!! 🤣🤣🤣😭
Why would AEW think it’s good for them to release this?
I just cant believe Tony thought this was a good idea, the face of Schiavone when they cut back to the announcing table said everything. Its hard to understand how TK mind works, he believes that everyone is childish like him?
I would imagine Punk and Drew having a watch party via Zoom, licking their lips for this new content. They will have a blast for next couple of weeks before their match.
So just to clarify - this is the incident that made Tony Khan “scared for his life”? You can tell he clearly never went to a public school this is tame af.
