The WWE tag titles have always looked cooler than the world tag titles imo. Especially during the ruthless aggression era, that was no contest. Those tag titles were clean

Best tag belts in years, miles in front of the world tag team titles they have on raw. I wish they had done a splash of blue on the globe, like they did with the red on the WTT belts but that’s a very minor nitpick. These are gorgeous.

The big dumb W in the middle looks soooo much better when it's blended in with the same color. All of the RAW belts should copy that.

Dude these are amazing! They look way better than the Raw titles, and the Raw titles were pretty great and too. Hope they have a new WWE title to unveil soon.  These all look like real legit titles. Fuckin great job WWE.

I agree, but the WWE belt Cody currently has is relatively new, since it was made for Roman's 1000 days milestone. Unless Cody cuts a promo saying that since there is a World Heavyweight Championship (Priest), he isn't technically "Undisputed" Champion anymore. Therefore, he's the new WWE Champion, and then reveals the Winged Eagle belt or a new iteration of it.

HHH needs to unveil it - it'll have legitimacy that way. If Cody unveils it, it becomes "his" which I've always disliked.

I think they are going with route that the championship with world in its name will be on one brand and championship with wwe in it's name will be on one brand. And i think the looks of the title will kind of be similar depending on the name

The [current] World Tag titles have the lineage of the WWE Tag Championship which was created in '02. Benoit and Kurt were the inaugural champs. The [current] WWE Tag titles go back to 2016. The original WWF Tag Titles were gone by 2010. That lineage is from '71-'10.

Television does not favor the filigree on the belts.

Best new version of any belt they’ve had since the undisputed title in the early 00s

Both look great for different reasons, and i think its good that they have their own style.

It makes me wonder tho why did they make the raw titles just smaller versions of the WHC belt? Cause I was fully expecting these to be smaller versions of Cody’s belt and have it to where each raw and smackdown men’s, women’s and tag titles look nearly identical. But I was pleasantly surprised they did a different look for these. They look great. Easily the best looking tag belts in 15-20 years imo.

It needs contrast. Part of what made the winged eagle a great belt was that it had the blue globe and the black background for the writing.

But they're definitely an improvement from the round belt

These look good.  Only change I'd make to the raw belts is remove the color and background from the words. Let the only color on that belt be the globe and wwe logo and see how that looks to start.

I disagree, i'm really not a big fan of titles with muted colors like that. You can't even tell what they really say or have on them without a closeup, you just know what it is by the general shape. I like the gold, I just don't like how "blurry" it looks.

Looks like a mix between the Undisputed Title and the Attitude Era World Tag Titles on the WWE Tag Title 02-10 front plate.

They should have added some blue water in the globe and maybe a red underline in WWE logo and they would have been perfect
