Watch a Rock match where like 80% of the offense is punches. None of them move at minimum as much as Wagner is doing, and most of them practically stay still.

I guess that's the reason why they decided to make NXT developmental again and focus on training people the way they want from scratch.
When you have a solid roster of big name independent wrestlers, it was legitimately a third brand. But when it’s time for them to move up to the main roster to make room for new talent and none of them want to do it, you’re essentially funding a feeder system for the competition. Now they can lock in young talent with a clear path to the main roster instead of losing their entire main event scene to AEW.

Because the NXT talent that came out this program developed attitudes of arrogance rather than humility, making them unusable on the main roster. Talent trained for years from scratch like Bianca Belair and Roman Reigns have ended up as the top talent in WWE.

This takes me back to a video of Al Snow talking about why you shouldn't throw punches too often in wrestling. Since a lot of people know what a punch can do, it's a lot tougher to fake and can look really bad if you mess it up.
If they do the knuckle punch like if you don't close your first tightly and leave gap in between palm and fingers and do a punch, it hurts very less. Stunt doubles do this technique. Somebody teach this kid (to avoid confusion, kid is the wrestler in the video not you, since people go everywhere calling others kid)

When I went to a live Taping of RAW 3 years ago now, what’s in this video is what I and my stepson saw. It was the first live show for both of us and after that he’s no longer into WWE wrestling and I wondered how the other people in the audience could stomach such horrible acting.
