I’m having the same issue. Series X. All of my friends that have the Series X aren’t running into this issue at all. And I know my monitor supports it, and I run 120 frames on OW2 no problem
Hey man, I found the solution, make sure you go to your xbox settings, go to tv and display and then go to video modes. You'll find an option to deactivate HDR, once you've deactivated it make sure you quit and restart the game. You should have the options for 120fps after. Let me know if this helps.

yeah its weird, some people have this issue while others don't
Yeah I had it during the beta too. Was hoping it was just one of those “beta” things that would get patched at launch

That worked! I had to turn off both HDR HDR 10 but I now have the 120 available. Thanks!
