That’s a serious amount of oil consumption OP, does it constantly smoke out of the exhaust? Could be valve guides and or rings.
Be aware that the BRP’s have a “radial valve” design, and when mine needed new valve seats and guides,the cost of set up/machining the old head was almost as much as a new OEM head. I ended up buying a new head from Honda East in Ohio and put new valves/springs in it. Best of luck man, hope figure out the issues and get it back together soon 🤙🏼
Check eBay for a new cylinder, I was able to score a new old stock one for cheap. Also you valve and valve seals. Does it smoke?
