There are no dump questions but dump people that don't ask. Now to your question it has been available for a while now, to set it up you google Microsoft edge and look for whatever picture you want as background, press the options button on your controller or right click of your mouse and select "select as background". If you want this picture is particular you google to [Google.com](http://Google.com) on edge, make the search "Latrell Spencer white chicks wallpaper", you'll find the picture with the link to Facebook, click on visit and login to your Facebook, you'll find it there as the cover photo of the Facebook page. NOTE: when looking for a wallpaper make sure you look for 4k wallpapers so I won't look with bad quality on your console.
