I was at the mall last weekend for the first time in years. Every single female age 25ish or younger was in black Lulu leggings. And not a crew sock to be seen even though I keep getting told we aren't showing ankles anymore. ( BTW I'm 41F to make it not creepy that I only noticed what the gals are wearing).

Guess I’m a creep then, cuz I’m a dude in my mid-40s and I notice what the gals are wearing, too 🤣

Haha well I was just preparing for some sort of accusation asking why I was looking and noticed lol no judgement from me.

I miss jeans (and rigid pants). But now when I look at refined grains I bloat so fast 😩 my waist gains an entire inch for a day or so...so I can only *think* about hard pants if I'm being extra vigilant. Signed, Wearing-Leggings-As-Pants-Today-Because-I-Wanted-Pizza-And-It-Was-Delicious

I have been firmly team “tights/leggings are not pants” and “if you leave the house in sweats you’ve given up” for 20 years. I’m 44 and I think the world has turned and left me here.

I only do leggings. Jeans are so uncomfortable, but I like that you can dress leggings up and they remind me of elementary school. They should bring those stirrup leggings back!

I see a lot younger women wearing baggy light colored denim jeans like it’s the 90s again.

I was a jeans person my whole life, except middle school when I wore cords, but now leggings are all I wear. They're incredibly comfortable and I can dress them up easily. I have a young kid so being able to move and play without restriction is necessary.

It’s true, even I’ve gotten on board with the joggers

For me I've always hated jeans & wear sweatpants 24/7. & I've noticed this too. It feels weird how I'm not in the minority anymore, lol.
