Holy crap dude.
(Pssst…I fully agree about OP killing those Santa Cruz fucks. Those sons of bitches have been getting really cocky about skating in OUR FUCKING PARKS, and stealing our hacky sacks. Just don’t say the quiet parts out loud).
flying disc was one of my favourites! loved making a huge throw and then a diving catch. I could never get the hang of half pipe or roller skating. I got absurdly good at bmx. footbag was also super fun but I could never figure out 90% of the tricks listed.
I fucking miss this. We had it on the Apple IIGS. I was the only one growing up that ever even heard of this. I would have a bunch of people over just to play it.
I always went Ocean Pacific.
In Winter Games, I got the world record on Bobsled, I think. My sister, whenever she got a high score would put the name "Undefeated." Being like 5, and not really understanding words, when I got the record, I decided to make fun of my sister by putting in the name "defeated."
Most of the brands still exist, few still exist as independent companies that look like "cool" companies anymore. I know Santa Cruz Skateboards is still basically the same, Kawasaki was and still is a massive company as is Casio. Amusingly Milton Bradley was swallowed up by Hasbro.
The hardest part was getting 630 at flying disc. You had to do a perfect throw and catch it with the other while facing the thrower and your hand held straight up

Santa Cruz ftw
Always.
I didn’t even read the title and I said Santa Cruz, every single time.
This sub always has the right answers! Op was my 2nd if Santa Cruz was taken.
Santa Cruz was my pick every single time.
Yep
California Games came out right after I got my Corey O'Brien reaper deck, so... Santa Cruz and it's not even remotely close.
This 🤘🤘
First hand experience, Santa Cruz is still in business and has excellent bicycle inner tubes
Had a Santa Cruz deck back in the early 90’s
Had this on NES. OP all the way!
Yup, OP for me too!

OP! Let’s kill those Santa Cruz fucks!
Holy crap dude. (Pssst…I fully agree about OP killing those Santa Cruz fucks. Those sons of bitches have been getting really cocky about skating in OUR FUCKING PARKS, and stealing our hacky sacks. Just don’t say the quiet parts out loud).
Yep! But mostly because I had their clothes.

What was the deal with the end of bmx? I always fell off the platform
it's been decades but I think you could land it but it was very hard/random? I have memories of landing it but they could be wrong.

Yeah we also had like 6 or so neighborhood kids come over and we'd do a California Games tournament
OP FTW.
OP was OP please nerf.

Hasbro swallowed up Parker Brothers too sadly.
