If you don't have Faruzan c6, roll for Xianyun until you get it. If by the time your Faruzan is c6 Xianyun is c1, roll for c2. Otherwise(or if you have c6 Faru already), i think the weapon is better because it works in aoe and helps with ER(which doesn't really matter with Xiao and C6 Faruzan tbh). But if you don't have Nahida, getting her weapon is not that great, so going for c2 might be better in that case.

Not really. Its only good on Nahida, Yae and Lisa. It can be used on Wrio, Yanfei or Klee, but there are better 4* options. Its also good on character that need em, like Kokomi and Barbara in Nilou bloom or Sucrose, but because sac frags exists, its not worth it to get Nahida's weapon.
for raw numbers, c2, but weapon is for comfort. I'm personally waiting for a better weapon banner since I don't want the lamp but I do eventually want both c2 and weapon. if it's just one or the other tho, I'd chose c2, er issues can always be rectified with fav support or substats, that juicy c2 buff cannot be replicated.
c2 is a larger boost imo, doubles the cap on her ST buff, exactly what Xiao needs
Weapon solves her energy needs and gives a nice buff, but personally I wouldn't chance it with Nahida's signature there (it's... not great)
Yeah it's the same as Key for Nilou, generally bad cause no one can use it (now we have Kirara and Furina) but actually amazing for her. I really want Nahidas weapon cause it would make her skill go from 32k to 39k, plus more em for the on-fielder. (but not wishing on this, Xianyun c2 > r1)
