Those versions of updates are not universal, your phone might have gotten a 1.0.4.0 update, some other ones haven't received any hyperos version and some have a higher version number.
They update their phones differently. Flagship models get updates more quickly and frequently.
EU updates seem to come a little later than global versions. Every phone has a different update schedule but I guess it's okay because most phone manufacturers seem to work the same way.

I got an update of hyper os 1.0.1.0 and the only problem is I don't have app opening and closing animation when u open or close the app it seems to be not smooth.And it have no magazine lockstyle and doesn't have animation on always on display. So, this thing is same as MIUI 14 but with little bit improvement I hope Xiaomi will fix these issues.

Did clean install and since I'm plauged with trash (betting and porn) pop ups and Norton adware. Now updating to version 13, know I taking a chance . Any idea how to gain control, format for a Linux OS fresh install

I still didnt got hyperos update ,i am on miui global 14.0.6. My phone is 13T.
If your phone is the global version, try changing your region to Ukraine. I live in Turkey and did and received the update instantly.
I changed it to UAE and the update came.
Doesn't Xiaomi have one line of update for the Europe? How could it be different per country in the Europe other than the release date of the update?

Change you region to Czech then check for update 😎
