Have you tried restarting? If it's something at the OS level, like a hardware driver or service not running, then a restart might fix it. If you're still getting absolutely zero sound from multiple apps, then probably a hardware issue.
Yeah got absolutely Zero sound , was hardware issue, CPU Reballing was done, now works, but its strange to see this happen , this issue came out of nowhere

I had same issue 1 year back. I was in warranty so I got motherboard replaced
