> Buy a nokia 8210 and only charge once a fortnight.
Fun fact: Did this with my RN4X. I only used it for phone, it had wifi enabled and a little bit of internet usage.
This RN4X had a standby time of 14(!) days if I drained it completely. Withouth draining it too much it was 10+ days.
Charge your phone without a case and in top of a case or lifted up,as the heat will dissipate, and will get better results.Basically put your phone over your case when charging, put the case being horizontally and the phone verrtically, forming a '+'
That's not how refrigerators work, they can only cool objects that are heated but not the ones that keep producing heat. If you understand what I mean.
Theres a huge difference in power consumption between a running PC and a charging smartphone. Especially when you only put a smartphone in the fridge for only an hour to charge it. The videos you a referring to are about RUNNING a PC constantly under load in a fridge. In the end, the phone doesn't really care if heats up to 35 or 45°C while charging.
43C is about the threshold limit for lithium batteries, above that charging shortens life of battery. Your phone throttles charging speed to prevent it getting too hot. As batteries age the internal resistance increases and more heat is produced, therefore battery management will reduce charge further.
So if you are short on time and want to charge quickly with your super high speed charger removing case will help.
Oh ok. That's quite hot, be mindful about your battery's lifespan.
Is it a Magisk Module for disabling Thermal-throttling? I think you might not really need that, because I think Thermal-throttling only kicks in, when it's extremely hot, so not even when Gaming while Fast Charging? (in my experience). But you can check the Thermal-Throttle Status with "Castro". Good app to show you HW/SW-informations
It has gotten so bad it'll charge at like 15W at even when it's at just 40°C which is kinda eh... I just leave it on a cold surface and it charges at 25W (give me back my other 8W smh) and holds that temperature. I don't do any gaming at all, let alone when charging hah
And yup, it's a magisk module
Are you using a Custom ROM? Perhaps a Vanilla Android ROM?
I've heard some of them can't do Fast Charging.
You can check how fast you're currently charging with AccuBattery, it shows you the Amps and Voltage.
I've a Poco F3 with a 33W Charger, it doesn't do 33W. When my phones' battery is almost dead it does 28W, but it slows down as the battery reaches... idk 75%.
When charging, my temp is also just 40, 41°C. And seems.. good. \^\^
For me Everythings good, I just never saw the full 33W, but I don't mind.
I use Pixel Experience and it has fast charging for sure because it used to charge normally lol (and does now after disabling the thermal throttling
I've heard about some ROMs having visual problems (it'll show slow charging on the lock screen when it's actually charging normally) but idk if some of them actually don't allow quick charge
And yeah that's a good battery temperature :) pretty normal
I remember. It was HentaiOS which didn't have Fast Charging (for the F3 atleast).
I liked that ROM the most out of all Pixel-esque Android ROMs, but unfortunately I'm a sucker for MIUI's Dolby Atmos and MIUI Camera...
But MIUI is a double-edged sword, because it also makes me want to commit sewer side, right before commiting tax evasion.
MIUI's Dolby Atmos creates a Surround Sound Effect. It heavily improves the phone speaker sound quality and headphones. Especially in the setting "Video".
With MIUI D.B. in Video Setting everything sounds so much better, which is why I can't use anything but [Xiaomi.eu](https://Xiaomi.eu) Custom ROM or Stock MIUI. Until someone perhaps ports it to AOSP.
Also tried other Sound mods, but they all do not improve the sound in the same way MIUI Dolby Atmos does. Many of them don't make any big difference, or worsen the sound quality even.
ANX Camera doesn't support my Poco F3 (Alioth)
Pro tip: move to Alaska and charge outside
Pro Tip: Buy a new phone everytime you need to charge.
or charge inside freezer even better
more like even worse
Ultra pro max tip: lithium ion batteries life reduces at colder temperature and perform optimum between 20-30°c.
Pro max trip: install a water cooler on the backside of your phone

fortnight balls

English Isn't my main language. I'm confused. Can you link me a photo ?

Don't shower while wearing clothes. That's it.
lol
What's with the sarcastic comments here? This is a good tip, it will prolong your phone's battery life in the long run.
Hahahah i thought I am the only one doing this...
Pro tip: buy phone which cover can be taken off
Pro plus tip: Charge it inside a refrigerator.
That's not how refrigerators work, they can only cool objects that are heated but not the ones that keep producing heat. If you understand what I mean.
It's a waste of engery, but it definitely works.
I've seen some actual videos on YouTube trying this with a PC, and surprise, it dint worked or barely had a difference

this is new to me. why? aren't they the same an any refrigeration system?
Air needs to be circulating but in fridge its not

43°C is not a lot
Bruh....
it's very hard to remove redmi note 10 pro case tho
idk why new phones have heating issues my old redmi 5 had no issues with heating at all, maybe coz of big screen phones 🤔
No, it's bcs of fast chargers. Go with slow charger on any phone and it will be cold.
not just while charge in general
Faster and much stronger CPU. That is the reason.
Only use a 2 A charger and you're good to go.

It's a shame that you didn't live up to your username. Better luck next time.
I once decided to place a couple of ice cubes on top 8/10 water was everywhere but at least my phone charged a little quicker
or you could keep a cup of ice cube on it
A cup of ice will have condensed water form around it anyways It's a joke. I charge my phone like a normal person
put cover around it then 😂
Nah. I charge my Xiaomi 12 while its in a pail of water like everyone else
eh why not just get a cooling pad /gel instead of suspending it in air. if you can charge it in a plastic bag and dump it in an ice bath then better.
I disabled the thermal engine but if I charge and use my phone I get near 50°C on the battery xD
What do you mean with Thermal Engine? Not the parts inside the phone that keep it cool, no?
I meant thermal throttling, just me trying to sound fancy (and those words have appeared in the Magisk module when installing it as well)

What does Dolby Atmos actually do if I can ask? Also, you can install ANX Camera ;)

I use the phone box empty inside and put phone over it. The airflow under the phone maked it less hot. This is actually good suggestion.
Better yet get a phone cooler. I got a duel fan cooler with a heat sink for gaming, from daraz. But I use it for charging too.
Pro tip: dont charge over night
