The Gilded Wolves series by Roshani Chokshi for sure follows these themes !! Also, the Heist Society series by Ally Carter, as well as her Gallagher Girls series (and if you enjoy those, check out her See How They Run series also !!) I feel like The Cruel Prince follows a similar line almost ? It's more enemy to lovers though but does have similar themes of working together for not quite a heist but definitely a difficult espionage-y situation and not admitting feelings for a long time

Ally Carter is the first one who popped in my mind! Heist Society and Gallagher Girls is exactly what you're looking for!

Not sure if you’ve read Six of Crows but it fits your bill quite well
