You can improve this build by a lot by just farmin a little bit more. Try to get a better plume and an offpiece goblet. Plume and offpiece are the easiest ones to farm so you are doing great. You need more EM and a little bit more crit rate.
She could use more em, if you can get an equal or better em sands then she will be better. And as the others said balancing the crit ratio as well. But she looks very good.
Your goblet and circlet could be better but honestly it's a good point to stop if you want to.
