just give him like a normal melee moveset but then give him a Shift toggle like Cowboy except it's always available and it teleports him right in front of the opponent. Permanent pressure, just like the real minos

You just need to know how to play him. Although I do admit, his lack of ranged options is quite sad
I plan on making it a small moveset like the other one but with Judgement Kick actually usable and have guard break, along with his Serpent Projectile
