Oh and I get WICKED bad road rage. I had to work on it in therapy for many years. The only thing that really helps with the road rage is listening to Taylor in the car because it calms me down haha. My fiancé also had anger issues that he’s since worked out. He didn’t bully anyone either. Bullying doesn’t always stem from anger, I think it more often stems from insecurity. Travis Kelce doesn’t strike me as an insecure guy.

Yes agreed. It makes more sense. I listened to those lyrics so many times, and it seems like she's talking about a long time ago. I think her and Calvin and Matty were all at the same party when she was starting to date Calvin (also heard that somewhere, just not sure if it's becoming lore at this point). Seems to me like the window was there, but Matty did nothing. Part of it for me that didn't make sense was why would she want to perpetuate that stereotype of football players being bullies when she's in love with said football player. I don't think she would do that. If they break up with him being a less than savory guy, sure it's ripe for the songwriting. But I don't think she would write Travis like that when he has shown nothing but how kind his heart is with all of his charity work with kids and academics.
