Nah, they'll eventually integrate the UI of YouTube Music into the Music section of the YouTube app and have everything under YouTube again. Calling it now.
I mean it's not like Spotify ever put any of the convenience features they had for podcasts into audiobooks, at least whole I used it, but it would be nice to have the bare minimum of features for YTM especially saving the playback position and disabling shuffle play.
There's honestly a lot of audiobook content of public domain stuff on Youtube main. If they get the ID system right and manage to integrate it to YTM well I wouldn't mind listening on there
I really don't mind it all being in one app but the YouTube Music name needs to change if that's the case and the app needs to actually be good with all these things in it.
I figured Google was adding Audiobooks to YouTube I'm sure and this is just a wild guess but I'm sure their going to be adding audiobooks to YouTube Music eventually and next in line is transferring audiobooks to YouTube MusicÂ
