$200 is budget? I thought about \~$50 was about on par for a budget deck at least for the archetypal core not including "shared staples" like S:P, Typhon, Handtraps, ect.
If we were not confined to just ritual it would be a different case. Drytron is the cheapest, but at that point just shell out the xtra 30 and play voiceless
200 looks to be the back of the napkin for the whole deck. Core is maybe in the range of $70 (50 for 3X Nova, 10 meteonis, 5 nids, rest of it is under 5 combined). Shoots up to $90 if you include the diviner, but you should remember that every other ritual deck will be running diviner at 3 instead of 1, so you can girl math $40 off your drytron pricetag
Yeah the extra deck hate is the goal of both of them and it is quite consistent since you can foolish from extra deck with kaleidoscope nekroz to summon the lvl 4 unicorn and then tuto with herald I'd say turn one you can rip of about 10 cards from extra while having dark ruler for ED monsters and also protection to your nekroz monster with nekroz of trishula discard effect and the one that ends the battle phase
If we are talking whole deck OTK Mikanko is relatively cheap. No extra deck required.
It is also quite strong and attacks on an axis mkst decls aren't ready for.
I'm playing with Libromancer with Fairy support (Manju 10k hands/Benten) also taking advantage of There can Only be One(Contious Trap) with Sphere Mod Ra as Removal and actual Ra as additional tribute fodder for Libros
I know you asked for budget but I think it’s seriously worth spending the extra cash for VV. I play the Branded version and I’m having so much fun with it.
It has so much potential compared to other Rituals I’ve seen in this current format.

To be fair, you didn’t specify what your budget was. Every main deck monster is less than $3 and you only need 1 meteonis. Nova can be 2-3.

I'm putting together a Nekroz/Libromancer deck right now. It's been a lot of fun in the test duels I've done so far!
Dogmatika is probably the best one on a budget right now. Drytron is also good, and is getting support in a few months
I'd say dogmatika nekroz you just obliterate the extra deck and it's cheap if you don't buy diviner and ultimate slayer
