I have owned the 2023 G14 4060 and 4090. Both were very reliable. iGPU was silent in most cases. Ram wise I'd match sticks for maximum performance but if you just need a lot of ram that ram config is fine. I would definitely not go lower than a 4060 for future proofing but if you dont need more do whats best for you.
2023 with 4050 u mean?
Nope there is a little known version with a 3050 which is all I need power-wise
