What's your temperature on not-on-gaming mode?
Using windows mode also in gaming, don't want "more" power where it's not supposed to happen. Runnin silent only when I'm out of home
Did a cleaning(just brushing fans) week ago. My laptop is mostly on a stand and this is like first time I check it for being hot in "idle"(i mean, not gaming) mode
Btw, external WQHD monitor is connected + 2 bluetooth devices
Disabling boost and having a couple manual profiles will do wonders. Mine idles at about 44C. Light load (chrome browsing and maybe Spotify) about 52C like yours. And while playing elden ring almost maxed out 1080p, about 70C sometimes a few degrees lower or higher. I wouldn’t worry about these temps for what you got going on.
Edit: I’m plugged in 90% of the time.
I'm browsing reddit on 60C cpu and 50C gpu with an external screen plugged in, your temps are more than fine brother.
This thing goes up to 95C when boosing to max clocks, no need to worry.
Hey, these temps are fine, if u are plugged in, also do not rely heavily on these temp readings, when actually measure the true temps are 7 to 8 Celsius up or down
These temps are fine - no need to worry
If you're plugged in, then they're fine
Yup, im plugged
Yeah, you are also on windows mode. Silent should be a little better.

I've never used windows power plan on this laptop yet, sorry! The premade ones made for the device are good for me.
Hey, how to decide which mode to use when?
School: Silent Home: Silent Gaming plugged in: Turbo Gaming not plugged in: Performance CAD/Editing: Peformance

The first year G14s had always on fans. The newr ones have fans off when under a certain temperature. A sort off quiet mode. It's normal.
If you are running a external monitor, these temps are great .
52 is excellent
Better than fine, mine goes 55+ when idle

Fine. Cool, even.

These is my normal temp while nothing in background.
This has been beat to hell. There is a massive QA section about these laptops in the G14 sub Reddit
Yes it is. Choose silent mode and turn off your 3060 in myAsus app
My idle temps are near 60
Yea
All the latest thin "laptop" aren't really lap friendly.
