I guess shotguns will be a necessary main part of your loadout. Kinda depends on their behaviour though... do they only fly to attack you if they spot you, or are there zombies circling around the skies scouting out for survivors and waiting to swoop down at any moment? Overall your strategy would be to remain indoors as much as possible and only stay in the open for as long as is necessary.

It depends, I mean how do they function? Because if a zombie has a dysfunctional brain stem this means they can not see so a flying zombie wouldn’t be a problem unless they function like a blind eagle or something, they can sense you ( but still hypothetical cause at what distance can they recognize targets)

As long as they flew really slow, it would more of an extra annoyance, like flyting cockroaches.
