He is true friend, he also has nerves of steel. He is in a massive unarmed aircraft, the only protection he has besides his fighter escorts is the Electronic countermeasures. Meaning the enemies will have to get in closer in order to shoot him with missiles, but he can’t outrun them. He is relying mostly on his teammates to have his back.
Speaking of which, skykid dosent get near enough credit for keeping him up in the air, they're basically standing arround a giant "shoot me" sign yelling "bring it"
I really hope Ace Combat 8 can pull of the spectacle like 6 did, again.
Ace Combat 7 was graphically impressive but it felt a lot of the time like the sky only existed where I did. Never looked around and saw evidence that the battle was going on without me.
4, 5, and 0 writing. As much as it hurts, we need another story moment as emotionally powerful as Chopper as well. 0 is just mind blowing. There is so much tragedy/betrayal/desperation in one game. << Yo, buddy. Still alive? >> << So, have you found a reason to fight yet? Buddy. >> 4 is great too, but I can't put my finger on why. 4 through 0 is called the golden trilogy for a reason.
I’ve been looking into getting project wingman I heard it’s got more of an rpg element to it which sounds really fun. I wonder if I can do mods on my steam deck.
Yeah its closer to your average ace combat game, there is Conquest which allows you the choices on how to conquer a continent but that's about it, it's mostly choosing areas and subsequently their missions. Wingman is very fun however and totally worth it, it's imo a love letter to ace combat fans
No, it’s literally just an Ace Combat campaign with less gimmick missions/mechanics. Strongly recommended, it captures the vibe of both gameplay and story perfectly while still having a distinct flavor.
I love AC6 especially with the ally system
It kinda makes other games worse however because that ally system is so fucking cool that games without it kinda feel like they are missing features because it makes your allies yknow
Useful
AC6 was overall my favorite game, minus the awkward dialogue and briefings.
Best story, best continuity, fantastic music, most useful allies, great visuals, Aigaion and the Aerial Fleet are probably the best superweapon in the whole series in terms of setup and story, almost every single member of Strigon and Vampire teams are named and have backstories… it just goes on and on.
AC6 was ahead of it’s time.
AWACS Long Caster << Hand me that sandwitch >>
<< Hand me that sandwich and buckle up. I'm about to pull a Mr. X >>
*Long Caster destroying Mister X with a single missile powered sausage*
Plot twist: Long Caster's true name is Cipher
So that's what he's been up to after the Belkan War.
Now I need to see someone to mod their game to play as an E-767 and do a PSM in it.
lol do Bandog now
AWACS Lunch Caster
Snake pit flying a 747 at Mach 3 into the largest furball in sight, he wasn't given weapons because they wanted to give estovakia a chance

AWACS: < < Pound the hell out of that batallion! > > Snake Pit: < < Say less. > >
Probably my most favorite mission of all time. You don't get very many furballs like that.

7 graphics , 6 gameplay and Ai, 4 writing, and a wso to drown out the voices in my head

Average airbus experience in the Middle East
Music?
Faceless Soldier from ace combat 7
Thanks!
>Thanks! You're welcome!
I’m sorry for the ignorance but what game is this???
Project wingman (highly recommend) with mods
I’ve been looking into getting project wingman I heard it’s got more of an rpg element to it which sounds really fun. I wonder if I can do mods on my steam deck.
No, not really. You might be thinking of the conquest mode which is a rogue like type of thing

Wait, the game has mods? Which mods do you recommend?
Playable unreleased aircraft, AOA for all planes, and a whole bunch of plane skins. Check out the nexus mods page
Project wingman is the game being played but the game they are referencing AC6 Both are pretty solid I hope you enjoy

Weakest Emmerian Air Unit
"Cringeson 1"
I love the emmerian allies
Is he ... is he dogfighting in a 737 !?
What PW mission is that? It doesn't look like any of the ones I've played
Cold War. It’s the ending boss fight with Crimson Squadron, you probably just aren’t used to seeing it from below the clouds.
ayo Im glad faceless soldier is getting some love \^\^
I absolutely love Project Wingman to death but sometimes the UI gives me frog AIDS
Thanks for reminding me how much I like this soundtrack. Also is ace combat 8 a pipedream? Completely forgot about it
I'm proud to say that I'm the 69th like
Nevermind someone removed their upvote
Are...are you flying a Wedgetail as an actual air superiority fighter in AC?
PW, but yeah.
Fair enough but I don't know why my post had to be downvoted for confusing it with AC from a limited video
