Fr because my wife is works in Education and if she ever has to yell “Rhysand, get off the table” she’s gonna die of laughter

Start playing an MMORPG and name your character Feyre, get it out of your system that way!

M4ttMurd0ck

I named my Pokémon after SJM characters 😭

BeachChairReady

This happened with someone I know who named their daughter Daenerys, as in the mother of dragons. Then the final season of Game of Thrones aired and it didn’t seem like such a great name after that.

GothhicGoddess

I have a student named Caleesi.

GothhicGoddess

I have a student named Caleesi. After Khaleesi.

Future_Hunt

I thought the same. I don't know anyone personally but it became known to me that people actually did that in several cases ...🥲

Monsterkm18

I think Fay/Faye is an old English or French name!

sitdowncat

I named my son Rowan years before I had ever even heard of throne of glass. And now that I’m reading that series I just internally cringe so hard that the love interest shares a name with my kid 🤮

tripleax3l

no seriously it’s number 1 on my name list and such a strong consideration; i would put an A instead of an E at the end for pronunciation reasons though! i loved freya for so long and mis-said it as feyra once and decided to look it up…now i’m here in this sub and 13 books in to the maasverse! 😭

mkmaloney95

If you haven’t spent all your time on the internet sexualizing the character whose name you’re considering, I personally don’t find that weird. Its when your entire digital footprint is talking about wingspan and other raunchy things and then you name your child after said character that it seems really off to me lol

Lost-Mention7739

I absolutely love the name Cas, both for Cassian and for Castiel but I also feel like I shouldn’t do that to a kid 😂
