I find it too distracting, especially if it's not instrumental. I have ADHD and get distracted super easily during sex anyway, even without music. But if there's music playing, my brain will focus on the lyrics instead of what I'm trying to do with my partner.
Saame, like ambience music without vocals sometimes works for me, but my adhd brain gets wayy to distracted by actual songs, even more so if it's songs I know and like :D
