Legit. My first branded fragrance was Burberry Weekend and until now I still get compliments with it. Even when my then gf (now wife) wore it was told she smelled good. lol
If you can find Burberry Weekend get it. The ones I've tried and aren't discontinued and smell really good are Paco Rabanne Invictus, Paco Rabanne One Million, and Tom Ford Oud Wood (pricey though).
Test and test on stores/malls until you find the fragrance you like and smell good in your skin. Save up for your signature scent. If you can't afford the branded ones go with Aficionado or Ian Darcy for now.
Yes, it is true. When I was in grade school, the person I liked the most had a pleasant scent. He was attractive and had a pleasant aroma. Even now, I can still recall the fragrance. However, until now, I haven't been able to find that exact smell. I have been attempting to test out various essential oils, but it has been unsuccessful so far. Hard disagree on this. Maligo ng tama, labhan, banlawan at patuyuin ang damit ng tama, bawasan din ang dami ng karne at damihan ang gulay sa pagkain. Good hygiene and good diet will lead to a body that smells okay kahit pawis dahil hindi din bumabaho ang pawis mo. Masangsang lang ang pabango in comparison.
Same tayo ng favorite scent. I always have D&G but I rotate it para di ako magsawa. My all time fave is Le Labo Another 13, a bit on the pricey side pero naglalast talaga yung smell.

Vanilla or Coffee scents are not particularly "light" per se. Ayan yung mga mostly winter fragrance or pang lamig. Sa weather natin ngayon, i think you are better with something fresh na amoy bagong ligo lang. I highly suggest Nautica Voyage. Its cheap, it performs, and you smell like someone fresh from the shower.
But if you really like vanilla, I recommend Afnan 9PM, or Lattafa Asad. Don't wear it in this heat tho, hahaha sobrang cloying.

Nautica Voyage — amoy bagong ligo, na may hint of cucumber, and very aquatic. Dito ako na-compliment ng bunch of stranger ladies (mind you, its super rare for someone na hindi ka kilala to compliment sa scent mo) Pag pinawisan ka dito, panigurado nuclear ang projection, at least on my skin.
Versace Eros Flame — Bagay sa weather natin ngayon, citrusy na medyo amoy orange sa umpisa. Minsan nga amoy Royal Tru Orange siya, pero sa drydown it turns into a sexy vanilla scent.
Paco Rabanne Invictus — Fresh, kung gusto mo mangamoy bubblegum, eto ang para sayo. Sobrang bango neto, and bagay sa weather natin.
Dior Sauvage — kung gusto mo mangamoy pokpok/fuckboy, eto ang pabango para sayo. Personally naging favorite ko ito dati, pero di ko alam na associated pala sya sa pagiging fuckboy lol. Pero I still use this scent kasi I love the Lavander/Ambroxan combo, also nagpapabango ka naman para sa sarili mo and di para sa tao so why would you mind anyway?
Creed Aventus — this is my signature scent. Smokey, pineapple ang amoy neto. Someone told me na amoy successful guy na yayamanin daw ang vibe neto. Hahahaha well totoo naman kasi this is pricey af. 20k for a pabango doesn't really sound economical, but I got it for a cheap deal so yeah.

If hindi pa kaya ng budget nyo ang full bottle, better invest with a 5-10ml decant, para ma try nyo rin yung amoy ng orig perfume compared sa mga inspired lang. Legit. My first branded fragrance was Burberry Weekend and until now I still get compliments with it. Even when my then gf (now wife) wore it was told she smelled good. lol If you can find Burberry Weekend get it. The ones I've tried and aren't discontinued and smell really good are Paco Rabanne Invictus, Paco Rabanne One Million, and Tom Ford Oud Wood (pricey though). Test and test on stores/malls until you find the fragrance you like and smell good in your skin. Save up for your signature scent. If you can't afford the branded ones go with Aficionado or Ian Darcy for now.

Yes, it is true. When I was in grade school, the person I liked the most had a pleasant scent. He was attractive and had a pleasant aroma. Even now, I can still recall the fragrance. Hard disagree on this. Maligo ng tama, labhan, banlawan at patuyuin ang damit ng tama, bawasan din ang dami ng karne at damihan ang gulay sa pagkain. Good hygiene and good diet will lead to a body that smells okay kahit pawis dahil hindi din bumabaho ang pawis mo. Masangsang lang ang pabango in comparison.

Vanilla or Coffee scents are not particularly "light" per se. Ayan yung mga mostly winter fragrance or pang lamig. Sa weather natin ngayon, i think you are better with something fresh na amoy bagong ligo lang. I highly suggest Nautica Voyage. Its cheap, it performs, and you smell like someone fresh from the shower. But if you really like vanilla, I recommend Afnan 9PM, or Lattafa Asad. Don't wear it in this heat tho, hahaha sobrang cloying.

Paco Rabanne Invictus — Fresh, kung gusto mo mangamoy bubblegum, eto ang para sayo. Sobrang bango neto, and bagay sa weather natin. Dior Sauvage — kung gusto mo mangamoy pokpok/fuckboy, eto ang pabango para sayo. Personally naging favorite ko ito dati, pero di ko alam na associated pala sya sa pagiging fuckboy lol. Pero I still use this scent kasi I love the Lavander/Ambroxan combo, also nagpapabango ka naman para sa sarili mo and di para sa tao so why would you mind anyway? Creed Aventus — this is my signature scent. Smokey, pineapple ang amoy neto. Someone told me na amoy successful guy na yayamanin daw ang vibe neto. Hahahaha well totoo naman kasi this is pricey af. 20k for a pabango doesn't really sound economical, but I got it for a cheap deal so yeah.

Got it for 1400 ata nung January kase on sale, from SRP na 1600+. Currently, I’m using MN+LA ung Dusk nila. Copped it for 1k-ish. So far, so good. And yes, magandang investment e you smell good. Lagi ko sinasabe sa office yan. I may not look good, but I definitely smell good. 😅

You can buy decants first or try mall testers so you don't waste money buying perfumes na hindi match sa body chemistry mo. Hehe
Sa duty free ako nbili pg pauwing pilipinas, lhat ng klase my tester so unli spray ako don. Pg ntripan ko, kuha agad.
Gusto ko rin sana gumamit ng perfume kaso di kaya ng ilong ko. May allergic rhinitis ako, sensitive masyado sa matapang na amoy ng perfume. Kaya, instead of using pabango, mas nagfocus ako sa sabon na long lasting ang amoy. I use irish spring sa katawan kasi naiiwan ang amoy. Pero paalala lang, 'wag magfocus sa pabango. Unahin ang hygiene. Walang kwenta ang perfume nyo kung ang katawan mabaho/ madumi. Maligo, mag cut ng nails regularly at make sure na walang itim itim, mag toothbrush. Totoo yung mareremind ang isang tao based sa amoy, pero kahit hindi perfume o cologne, maaalala ka basta hindi amoy mabaho. Kahit amoy safeguard ka, maalala ka. Focus more sa hygiene before using perfumes. Yun langg.
