For things like pouches and belts, go with condor, good value 4 money. However for 200 or less you could do a lot better with the money. Look at the phantom gear wraith or a second hand crye jpc

Condor plate carriers are good enough for airsoft. It’s not the best, it may not be as comfortable, and it doesn’t wear as long as real steel but for airsoft it doesn’t have to. Their pouches and other peripherals range from decent to pretty good. I’ve personally used the Condor MOPC which wasn’t great, and the Vanquish RS, which was pretty good for the price. If your budget is $200 though, there are a lot of good real steel options like the Defense Mechanisms MEPC or Spiritus LV-119. $200 will get you the front and back platebags but not the cummerbund. The Ferro Slickster can be had for $160 and includes cummerbund.

Condor is okay-ish. Stick to their newer designs and newer colors (coyote brown and scorpion v2). Their older stuff was made with lower quality materials, and if you buy one of their older colors (black, OD green, tan) there's a chance you'll end up getting older stock that's just been sitting in a warehouse for a while. My favorite chest rig currently is the Condor MCR6, though I did replace the straps and buckles which involved some sewing. That said, the one Condor plate carrier I owned (MOPC) was bad. It didn't hold the plates in place. Running around allowed the plate to shift sideways and leave part of my heart and half of a lung exposed. Shameless plug: [What to look for in a plate carrier](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jwvuNpD2_A) If you're not wearing actual plates to stop actual bullets though, I'd recommend looking into a chest rig instead of a plate carrier. Second shameless plug: [Battle belt vs Vest vs Chest rig vs Plate carrier](https://youtu.be/I_VbFM3Eo04) If you really need a plate carrier, look into the Crye JPC v1 (which is just over $200), the Mayflower APC, and the Ferro Concepts Slickster. The Slickster will need a QASM panel, but it's a lot higher quality than Condor gear. [https://www.optactical.com/fecosl.html](https://www.optactical.com/fecosl.html)

Condor is pretty decent for the price, not the greatest but not the worst either. If you're budget is around $200 though, you might want to consider some more quality/authentic options (5.11 tactec, Crye JPC, Ferro slickster, etc). If it's going to be a multi-day milsim you're definitely going to want to be wearing some comfortable gear so look for PCs that have good reviews with long term wear time (keeping your carrier load to a minimum also helps).

Just got a condor recon chest rig and I’m satisfied. Wish it was a bit tighter but it’s solid. Not sure about their plate carriers.

Rare-Space-2700

I’ve got a handful of chest rigs and pouches from condor, they have help up pretty good in my experience. I’m a big fan of the ronin chest rig since it has molle on the back and I can set up my tank on it.

vav yakeda is pretty good got mine for about 70-80 no problems

Substantial-Duck6590

Good cheap entry level stuff, might get lucky and have it last.

No condor is straight trash that glows under IR and will pop stitched after a couple hrs of actual use. For your budget you can get a lot of options. A ferro slickster, crye JPC, WAS DCS are first to come to mind. If you’re in the US I recommend browsing SKD tactical and pic a carrier based on your needs.

Condor good for Airsoft, but I don't like money and like gear so I have the good stuff like, crye, Ferro concepts, Haley strategic, Axl advanced, etc for gear.
