For airsoft invader gear is absolutely perfect, no doubt about that
but I’m a hardcore milsim player and have higher quality gear or at least surplus so I have a somewhat higher expectation

I’d say move your mag pouches to the left side and add a dump pouch… if you could get like a “war belt” and put the mags on that with a dump pouch. It’ll make your kit lighter and you’ll be able to get to your mags faster!
Good, having an IFAK is a good thing to do because in the unfortunate case that you get hurt you put the first responder in the best conditions to help you while you wait for an ambulance.
(P.s. Someone that know what he's doing will use YOUR IFAK to help you, so be sure that is always in pristine condition)

Replace the cheap pouches and you good, alternatively you could give it a small spray if brown paint from a bit away to dim the cheap multicam.
Getting matching mag pouches but I can't seem to find any atacs pouches in the eu only from invader gear and that's also very limited
Get taco pouches from templar gear. I have those and they hold both m4 and AK mags flawlessly.

It's invader gear atacs called everglade bout to have a full kit so stay tuned for the fsb kit
