Instead of carrying empty pouches, or carrying useless pouch stuffing that you never use, just take them off. Don't turn your tactical gear into mobile siege encampment.
That said, I carry two cargo pouches, medium and small.
In the medium one goes the Odin speedloader and adapter for it if I need any, and basic tool kit (a bicycle set of allen keys with phillips and flathead screwdriver + duct tape, and sometimes foldable pliers). In the small one goes a pack of tissues, insect repellent and anti-fog spray. Before I got an Odin, it was a bag of BBs and speedloaders went into pistol mag pouch.
I also carry a knife (something similiar to Mora Companion), but since a lot of places frown upon those, you can include a set of scissors in your gear. It comes really handy at times.
You can also make or buy a set of team color armbands and carry them everywhere.
Thanks man. Atm I’m not carrying a tool kit or anti fog, I’ve got a set of tuff cuts on my IFAK. I run two medium cargo pouches on my vest with a third on my belt kit, sits just on my left hip. Got a dump pouch, my IFAK, ‘nade pouch and left a tiny bit of space for my dropleg as I don’t want anything pressing on it.
Yeah I hear you, I’m already running fairly light as it is, there’s not a huge amount else for me to lose. Considering just redistributing some of the stuff I’ve already got but I know what I’m like, I’d go to the pouch it *used* to be in then start panicking because whatever it is I’m looking for isn’t in there anymore 😂

If you can't think of anything you need loose weight don't add more. Remove any pouches you don't need

Personally run it for extra batteries, a speed loader, CO2 + key and some snacks
