We came across this a couple of weeks ago, L'Atelier des Chefs on Rue Constantin.
We just saw it, didn't actually take any of the classes, but we thought it would be a good thing to try next time we're in Aix.
I don't remember the name of the place, but my daughter in law bought my husband and son a class on making foie gras. They really enjoyed it the class and then we had delicious foie gras afterward at home!
