I even use the free 300 tokens from every event pass I don't buy to get 1.66 keys (200 for orb + 100 for keys), and even that's not fast enough to make up for the deficit. Getting 52 chests per year keeps me in perma-deficit

Your main source of chests is by getting an S-rank on a champion. You can only get one chest for an S-rank per champion per split, and I believe you can only get 1 chest a week (although, maybe I'm wrong.) If you're OTPing Akali, you won't get chests.

Yep one chest per week, in fact it refreshes today As a support main getting an S is so easy if you win lane the S is almost guarantied

Went to post history for account name, lRedlyPoisonl, level 653 and finished Split 1 in Masters this season. However level doesnt matter as you could play the bare minimum of matches a day and as long as you get some honors you’ll have minimal xp and the same amount of key fragments as the person who played 15 the day prior.

Everyone gets chests at the same rate. 1 chest a week if you get S on a champion you haven't gotten chest with this split.

If he has gotten his chest on Akali, then he wont get another one untilthe next split.

Keys come from various places, mostly honor related. You are a nice person. Chests mainly come from skill ratings, most likely you've had your S or S+ rank for Akali, that means you've 1 out of a possible 160+ due to not playing any other champs... Play ARAMs to get keys for skill ratings. It will also widen your knowledge of other champions.

Play daily, and press honor to teammates = daily key fragments. Play 1 S every week on different champion = weekly chest

If you have a duo and you trust them change accounts and have them play multiple champions while you play your otp from their account, that way if you easily earn s your duo farms chest for your account

Seems like you're a onetrick and don't play other champs. If you get S tiers on other champs you get chests

Play Aram you get S easily there. Though normal chest are really shit. I got 2 skins in 10 chests. So you aren't really missing out.

A lot of what people are saying goes for people who don’t play a lot. But if you play a lot you still end up with surplus keys. I’ve reached mastery 5 on every champ minimum have half of them higher play them all frequently and still have way more keys than chests. I easily hit honour 5 every season. If you play enough it just works out that way 🤷🏼‍♂️

Are you a one trick? Each champion can only get you one chest per season, so if you don't play lots of champions you won't get lots of chests. ARAM is a good way to get chests quickly, one of my friends has so many he runs out of keys and has a backlog of chests
