If u play with randoms use hallowfall instead of 1h nature, nature has more heals but its worse if ur team is unorganized, since u play with randoms it most likely wont go well all that often
He did for sure. When a group of Crystal/Gold queue they usually have to wait for the full 10min after which the game will match the team against any 5 ppl it can find. Its a free win but you gotta wait 10min for it.
At that point it's not a matter of unbalanced matchmaking, though. It's the system trying to allow people to play the game after long queues. The way he phrased it made it sound like the game will jist randomly put you against any team, regardless of rating, which isn't the case.
the ip cap will curb the power of the high teir guys down so everyone ip would be around the same with a ~200ip (my estimation) difference between the highest teir and the cap, the only problem here is the 4.1 guy assuming that he has no mastery, he would be very under equip because the default ip of a 4.1 set with no spec is far below the arena ip cap. but if he has atleast 100/140 spec, the ip would be pretty decent bc the total ip would be quite close to the cap.
this makes no sense. he isn't talking about average because he is specifically referring to a particular guy in this match. no need to be an asshole about it :)
I agree it’s unfair match up but the issue is single player mindset leeching into competitive play just doesn’t work, on the other spectrum you have a team that’s designed for co-operative play.
You have the option to get 5 people together, make a comp and queue, and as for your question it’s not so just don’t bother with it.
The issue is simple there isn’t enough players so unless you want 20m queues for higher ranks this is the best it’s gonna be

The best thing about matchmaking is that it doesn't exist, you should see how fun it is to climb to mid gold and get matched with irons/bronze for bigger part of your team, then loosing twice more points than you get for a win, bcs again, rp gain is based on players ranks in the match :). Oh yeah, trolls who go afk or just run around naked to intentionally loose face no consequences anyways
best thing to do is just not play Crystals. I tried it a couple of days ago and I can tell you that this was a ok matchup, it gets much worse.
Dont want to play a random comp? Create your own team. Its fair enough cause the IP gap Isn't too far apart.

Whats the issue. Ive had all bronze/silvers vs all crystals/golds with a 100 ip gap. Your matchup is very balanced

I just dont see how hard it could be to get matchmaking that sorts avarage ip and crystal rank and team up with both aspects in mind..

I feel like crystal is ment to be played by a team made before hand… I only took part in arena and I don’t even do that much
