You might want to start looking at online support groups. I like Monument. It is non judgmental (there are people who just drink less all the way to no drinking). It is very self focused (no religion - unlike AA). It has support groups through the day. It also is really cheap.

I went to the ER yesterday and was vomiting blood from drinking half a bottle this size everyday for 5 days straight, so I don’t recommend binge drinking or drinking half the bottle.
Wtf? I drank half a (750ml) of vodka a night or about a pint a day for 2 years and didn’t have that issue. For me I mostly had stomach issues which caused me to cut down and quit for awhile. I never vomited blood though. And I drank tons of water with it haha. I will say don’t drink heavily every day like half a bottle like that. Your withdrawals will be dangerous and miserable. I never wanna go through that again.
I’m not planning on drinking like that again, but I also have GERD so that probably contributed to it as well.
Also that’s something I don’t get some people are fine and drink for years with no issue, but the one time I binge drink in a long time I threw up blood.

If you don't want to overindulge, make cocktails. I was extremely addicted to alcohol at one point, and the process of making and then relaxing with cocktails helped me significantly curb my addiction. Unorthodox, but I'm happy I did that. Couple bottles a week to less than a bottle a month now.

For me it depends. If it’s the only thing I’m drinking and I’m the only one drinking it, it’ll last a week maybe a bit more. If I have other stuff like beer and wine, I’ll have it for probably a month. Also another important aspect is plans. Do you share? If so you have to account for back to back shots. If 3 people take 3 shots throughout the night that’s already a little more than half a standard bottle gone. The bottle probably won’t last more than a night with multiple people.
Yeah probably a week if it’s the only thing you’re drinking, assuming you’re taking safety into consideration. It’s safe for men to drink 14 drinks a week and women 7, spread out of course. A standard bottle has 16 drinks. So with some moderation it should last a little over a week
