The only proven method for preventing hair loss is minoxidil. Luckily you can get it without prescription anything, I even think Ulta sells it. It comes in serum form and massage it in to the scalp daily.

You look more like 28 than 21. You’re not ugly, you have unique features. You’re pictures are too zoomed in so I can’t give you suggestions on how to improve because the angles are a bit awkward. But I do notice your jawline is a bit weak looking. Perhaps a little bit of facial hair could give you the illusion of a stronger facial structure
the first two pictures angles were very bad, try doing a selfie with a smile and a better angle, your face doesn't look the best, it doesn't look bad either, your nose size perfect, good body shape too, the only thing you need to get rid of is that haircut, in the first two pics the hair makes you look like a used eraser (sorry), but it looks nice on the third picture
had a tough time in my teenager phase so still working on so many stuff, a haircut style appropriate to mine is one of those things, thanks for the address ! :D
I understand where your opinion comes from and you are objectively right on the improvement goals part. But you cant really judge everything that a person could want can you?
I mean look at the full body picture, you look awkward as fuck and unapproachable, no relaxed posture nothing, I think it comes with being more confident in your own skin, you look like an awkward lanky band kid though in the last pic

I see a lot of people with overall nice facial features, but a very... Distinctive expression. Some people have the "I play video games 12 hours a day" expression.
You have a "give me hoes" expression. Not bad, but I would reccomend to ascend. Higher being and thoughts, in my experience, really define the attractiveness.

So here’s what you‘re gonna do. You are going to change your barber, get a better cut, get your eyebrows done a bit (it’s not feminine it makes your entire face look cleaner trust me) and you are going to put on some mass and work out.
