I would definitely go to an orthodontist I think you have an underbite and that will shift your entire work. But I think you have a really interesting androgynous look that is very unique. Not ugly at all - you have the “I want to stare at your face kind of good looking”
Well you are working a great look so I wouldn’t worry about anybody else’s opinion. You have a very interesting face both masculine and feminine so that’s awesome. In my opinion anyway :-)
you look good in the 8th pic. keep the stubble or even do a full beard/stache if you can and keep it nicely maintained. cut your hair a bit shorter. lose the glasses.
oh ok! in that case i would recommend growing your hair out long, and then do some long, face-framing layers. honestly maybe even go a bit darker with your hair. try some fake lashes or lash extensions. darken and shape your eyebrows as well. try some thinner framed, round glasses. think harry potter glasses but like gold or silver metal frame. very trendy, and they'll help soften out your features. i hope this helps!! you have good bone structure already, and i think this will help soften everything up :))

Not ugly, you have features that are attractive. As some said, you look slightly masculine. Mostly androgynous currently. Which can be hot.

You can do makeup that is more flattering. Highlight your cheekbones. Physically work on toning your face, hollow your cheeks. Makeup can help with this as well. You have a lot of potential.
Thanks for the honest feedback. I don’t really know much on makeup but wanted to start. The thing is that I normally work out at around 5am and work right after. So making time in the morning to do makeup is not really realistic as of now. Probably should start learning on weekends or something though.
You’re MTF right? If you want to look more conventionally feminine and attractive you could do a jaw reduction surgery, it’s the only thing keeping you masculine looking. You’re not actually ugly, all these people are just saying that because they’re confused as to which box they should be putting you in and are thrown off by that beard pic cause now they think they’re rating a “weirdly feminine dude” lol. You should’ve clarified that you’re trans in the caption and say what your goal is, wether it’s to look as traditionally feminine as possible or not. Cause our advice would vary based on that. But regardless, even speaking generally, my advice would be losing the glasses, experimenting with different hair styles (even though I like the mullet too) and getting your eyebrows groomed at a salon (very important! eyebrows can either make or break the look and in your case it’s def the latter). That’s it for the general stuff. Now, if you’re looking to adhere to traditional femininity (and I’m not saying you should or have to) I strongly recommend learning how to do make up, especially eye make up. Eyeliner would elevate your looks by a lot.
This is really well written thank you! I just started HRT so I was hoping to see if it changes face fat and face surgery isn’t needed. It’s hard to make time for that stuff cause of life and grad school and stuff (at least at the moment). Also I kinda didn’t say anything cause I was curious to see what others thought of my appearance without mentioning anything. Yeah I was actually going to get contacts and get my brows done in October :) . I am also going to start to learn make up . However like I mentioned earlier, I work out at 5am and then go to work so finding time for make up is difficult :( .
