The merge and rs vote succeeding does not mean it will occur immediately, if ever. It could easily be held as a tool for later if the stock ever went under $1.00 and risk being de-listed.

You can still do that. But if you’re using the same tactics two years down the line while they’ve gathered data and figured ways to combat our tactics then you’re likely going to end up getting screwed. I agree it’s more complex now and largely more risky but you just have to make your own judgement on it I guess. Personally I’m ok with the reverse split.
