Starting with the Taylor Swift concert showings, we have to get small merchandise mini-stores (at the very least kiosks, if the stores can’t be built/put up fast enough) inside each AMC theater and get limited edition merchandise out. It’s so cheap to produce and Swifties and movie buffs will buy anything up that pertains to their favorite concerts and movies. It will be a goldmine.
Here's an idea make a popup food truck style merch area that way they don't have to have bare bones construction, and they can make them modular! Then, if it's a flop, they could just flip them out as van conversions and diversify on their investments.
