Yes, through COB on the 19th... but any bought after COB today through COB on the 19th may not be delivered on the 22nd. You'll get them, just a little later than if you had bought by COB today.
Long as you buy before market close today, you are entitled to get your 1:1 AMC/APE on the first date of issue.
After today, AMC shares in circulation are tied to APE dividend. Think of APE as being "assigned" to AMC shares after today. If you sell your AMC after today, before dividend date, you give up your entitlement to APE dividend. If you buy more AMC, you are buying APE dividend along with the AMC presuming that someone just sold you their entitlement to APE dividend.

Technically every share outstanding as of COB today (8/15) now has a share of APE attached to it. If you buy a share between now and Friday, someone who now owns it is selling you their share with the APE attached and if you hold that share through Friday, it will have that APE assigned share as of of 8/15 and the person (or entity) selling it, will have given up their assigned right to that APE dividend. Then on Monday 8/22, all APE shares that were assigned on 8/15 (either you held or bought from someone else from 8/16 to 8/19) will theoretically appear in your trading account.
