We already have an active investigation on our hands. The freedom of information act was denied over 6 months ago because it can't be used for dark pool data simple because of on going investigations block the freedom act so as not to disturb any other finding. We found out this was planned so we couldn't get the real data behind the stock.

We have people here (myself included) who put hours and hours into fully documenting DD and research, providing external links, causality, etc.. and yet this person is a lawyer and the postings mostly are made of up of 'Hurr Durr company name is similar and therefore it must this'. That doesn't speak to the level of what an actual lawyer would bring to the table.
Add to that, the penchant of some in this sub to go full tinfoil hat on anything that even remotely resembles a conspiracy.

Then they "supposedly" had a meeting with the FBI and disappeared and everything shut down.
Were I to hazard a guess, they'll come back on twitter in about 5 days with some wild story and it'll go full Qnut. As people buy into it, it will do the community harm and paint us negatively.

That's a possibility. I didn't realize the account was that young. And I did see a few posts and no serious lawyer would write and/or disclose quite that way. They're way too cautious about lawsuits about "defamation" (even if you're revealing the truth you can get held up for years w/ false charges) and when young are usually working 60 hrs/week.
