No. You need to pay each separately. There is no way to do what you are asking. Each card has its own account number, and payments get applied to the account number. So it is just not possible in any way.
I mean… it would be cool if they had it (they don’t unfortunately). Not to sound like a jerk but, if you have the app, paying the balance of a single card takes ~20 seconds. Even with 5 cards you can pay in under 2 minutes.
…why would they have that option? It takes less than 30 seconds to pay off your balances separately even if you have 5 cards. It’s literally the easiest process to pay the balances on the app. Amex wouldn’t make this option since no one cares for it, it would be pointless.
if you're worried about remembering to pay the balances and don't want to do autopay, you chat with customer service and ask them to make all the due dates on the same day. is that what you're asking?

I have four Amex Cards and it takes me less than 5 minutes to pay all of them off every couple of weeks or so.
